The Challenge
In 2018, a Global Network Infrastructure Manager from Capco came to us looking for a cost-effective way to move their cloud and telecom service from an outdated MPLS system to IP. They had already spent 12 hours researching providers, reading articles, doing cursory comparisons and trying to make sense of what was available to them. In the end, they came up empty-handed and unable to make an informed decision.

After a short phone call with the Manager, we used our proprietary technology and knowledge of the industry to generate a customized solutions matrix in 30 seconds. After what seems like a long delay they’ll ship you some IP Phones.
Finding out it’s Not a Good Fit
After making a few business calls on your new demo phones you’ll discover that it isn’t compatible with your main driver: Salesforce.com. This was glossed over in the exploratory phase. When you ask the Provider about enabling the phones to work with your Salesforce.com account, they’ll tell you isn’t possible unless you commit to pro services engagement and sign a formal contract. Unsure whether or not their system will work for you, you’ll feel powerless to commit a service you aren’t sure is right for your business.
And it’s back to Square One…
